Use This Exercise:


  1. To learn to create deep inner peace, providing relief and inner power during times of upset.
  2. To develop your skill in focusing the mind, which will lead to greater understanding of the mind--which will, in turn, give you the ability to shape your mind.
  3. To learn by experience answers to such basic issues as the nature of reality, the causes of suffering, and the way of freedom from that suffering.
